5. Payment Terms

7. Safety and Environmental Compliance

We are committed to environmental protection and worker safety. All operations are conducted in accordance with:

• Environmental Protection Act and regulations
• Hazardous Waste Management Rules
• E-Waste Management Rules
• State Pollution Control Board guidelines
• Occupational Health and Safety standards

Customers are required to disclose any hazardous or regulated materials. Failure to do so may result in service termination and potential legal action.

8. Liability and Indemnification
